Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for ready-to-ship items to be processed before shipment.
Custom-made wigs require 14–21 business days for construction and customization before they are shipped. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery times vary by carrier)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. A’kia Rose Collection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, A’kia Rose Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will gladly assist you with any information needed to help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select locations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
